~ Boat Box ~
An old boat came my way which had a fantastic weathered old mahogany thwart which needed replacing. It was enough to provide a beautiful mahogany lid for this box.
The ebony banding was a gift from a boat builder from Lewis.
The combination worked well with the sycamore.
